Omschrijving
Het TUINHUIS dateert uit het einde van de achttiende eeuw en is gesitueerd tegen de achtergrens en over de gehele breedte van het perceel. Het is opgetrokken in baksteen en heeft twee bouwlagen onder een plat dak. De gevel telt drie traveeën met op de begane grond een houten paneeldeur naast twee vensters met roedenverdeling en op de verdieping drie vensters, eveneens met roedenverdeling. De paneeldeur scharniert in het midden en dateert uit de twintigste eeuw. Het interieur is uitgevoerd in Lodewijk XVI-stijl, waarvan het plafond en gedeeltelijk ook de wandbespanning nog oorspronkelijk is.

Description
The GARDEN HOUSE dates from the end of the eighteenth century and is situated against the rear boundary and across the full width of the plot. It is constructed of brick and has two storeys under a flat roof. The facade consists of three bays with on the ground floor a wooden panel door next to two windows with glazing bars and on the upper storey three windows, likewise with glazing bars. The panel door hinges in the middle and dates from the twentieth century. The interior is executed in Louis XVI style, of which the ceiling and partly also the wall covering are still original.
