POORTJE IN MOESTUIN. Tussen de beukenhagen die de moestuin deels omgeven, staat in de zuidoosthoek een fraai ijzeren 18de-eeuws poortje. De vermoedelijk deels smeed- en deels gietijzeren poort bestaat uit twee sierlijk opengewerkte staanders die bekroond worden door een kapiteelachtig element en voorzien zijn van voluutvormige zijstukken. Tussen de staanders bevindt zich een draaibare vleugel opgebouwd uit verticale spijlen waartussen horizontale regels en kwastachtige decoratieve elementen. Boven de doorgang bevindt zich een bovendorpel voorzien van decoratieve elementen, met onder meer draakachtigen. De poort staat op een natuurstenen drempel. Het hek bevindt zich vanaf circa 1900 op de buitenplaats Leeuwenburg.

GATE IN VEGETABLE GARDEN. Between the beech hedges which partly enclose the vegetable garden, stands in the south-east corner a fine 18th-century iron gate. The presumably partly wrought- and partly cast-iron gate consists of two elegant open-worked posts which are crowned by a capital-like element and furnished with scroll-shaped side pieces. Between the posts is a hinged leaf composed of vertical spikes between which are horizontal rails and tassel-like decorative elements. Above the doorway is a transom provided with decorative elements, including dragon-like forms. The gate stands on a natural stone threshold. The gate has been located on the country house Leeuwenburg since circa 1900.
