Omschrijving WAGENSCHUUR.
Inleiding
In oorsprong 18e-eeuwse wagenschuur, onderdeel van een boerderijcomplex aan de zuidzijde van de Werkersdijk.
Omschrijving
WAGENSCHUUR op rechthoekig grondplan voorzien van een hoog schilddak met de nok evenwijdig aan de voorgevel. De dakschilden zijn met gesmoorde Oudhollandse pannen belegd. De naar het achtererf gerichte gevel is opgetrokken in IJsselsteen en heeft lange schietankers. In deze gevel een ijzeren rondboograam. De overige gevels bestaan uit houten staanders met in oorsprong zwartgeteerd horizontaal vlak beschot op een lage IJsselsteen voetmuur. De verschillen in formaat en ouderdom van de elementen van de schuur zoals het beschot, getuigen van gebruik en onderhoud door de eeuwen heen. In de naar de Werkersdijk gerichte gevel twee paar dubbel openslaande deuren. In de rechter zijgevel één stel openslaande deuren en in het midden van de linker zijgevel een boven- en onderdeur met 12-ruits bovenlicht.
De draagconstructie bestaat uit vijf houten gebinten die de schuur in vier vakken verdelen. Op de overgang van het eerste en het tweede gebintvak wordt de ruimte door een houten wand gedeeld. De sporenkap wordt gedragen door 3 kapgebinten met plaatgordingen op een eerste en tweede spantbalk. Tussen de sporen strodokken.

De in oorsprong 18e-eeuwse WAGENSCHUUR is van algemeen belang wegens cultuurhistorische en architectuurhistorische waarden die tot uiting komen in de gaaf bewaarde en herkenbare hoofdvorm, het materiaalgebruik, de constructie en de bouwhistorische details. Originally 18th century wagon shed, part of a farmyard complex on the south side of the Werkersdijk.
Description
WAGON SHED on a rectangular floor plan provided with a high hipped roof with the ridge parallel to the front facade. The roof planes are covered with dampened Old Dutch tiles. The facade facing the back courtyard is built in IJssel stone and has long tie-beam wall anchors. In this facade an iron round-arch window. The other facades consist of wooden posts with originally tar-blackened horizontal boards on a low IJssel stone foundation wall. The differences in format and age of the elements of the shed such as the boarding testify to use and maintenance through the centuries. In the facade facing the Werkersdijk two pairs of double hinged doors. In the right side facade one set of hinged doors and in the middle of the left side facade an upper and lower door with 12-pane fanlight.
