Omschrijving onderdeel 2: DOORIJSCHUUR.
Schuur gelegen ten oosten van de boerderij aan de rechterzijde van de oprijlaan daterend uit het einde van de negentiende eeuw gewijzigd omstreeks 1930. De schuur met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaat uit een bouwlaag afgesloten door een zadeldak grotendeels gedekt met golfplaten. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in rode baksteen in kruisverband. Centraal in de westgevel bevindt zich een dubbele deuropening afgesloten door een liggende ellipsboog met wit gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitstenen. De sluitsteen is voorzien van een decoratie en inscriptie 1876. De opening is voorzien van een dubbele geklampte deur. Aan weerszijden van de deur bevindt zich een zesruits gietijzeren stalraam met vorktracering afgesloten door een rollaag aan de bovenzijde en een lekdorpel aan de onderzijde. Links onder het linker stalraam bevindt zich een gevelsteen met de initialen WDTB en JTB. Uiterst links en rechts in de gevel bevindt zich een recht gesloten staldeuropening afgesloten door een strek. Links tegen de schuur (aan de noordzijde) bevindt zich een kleinere schuur daterend uit 1930. Tegelijkertijd is de schuur aan de oostzijde verlengd met behoud van de oorspronkelijke gevel. Het interieur van de schuur is grotendeels bewaard gebleven met onder meer zes gebinten voorzien van telmerken.
Waardering
DOORRIJSCHUUR is van algemeen cultuurhistorische, architectuurhistorische en stedenbouwkundige waarde:
- van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een historisch gegroeide schuur in het oosten van Nederland;
- vanwege de historische stedenbouwkundige waarde van deze plek die teruggaat tot de 13e eeuw;
- vanwege de situering van de schuur op het erf met de deuren gericht op het bedrijfsgedeelte en de oprijlaan;
- vanwege de cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een schuur als functioneel onderdeel van een agrarisch bedrijf daterend uit de 19e eeuw.

Description
Description of component 2: THROUGH-DRIVE BARN.
Barn situated to the east of the farmhouse on the right side of the drive dating from the end of the nineteenth century, modified circa 1930. The barn with rectangular ground plan consists of one storey closed off by a gabled roof largely covered with corrugated sheets. The facades are constructed in red brick in English bond. Centrally in the west facade is a double door opening closed off by a lying elliptical arch with white plastered abutment and closing stones. The closing stone is provided with a decoration and inscription 1876. The opening is provided with a double clamped door. On either side of the door is a six-light cast-iron stable window with fork tracery closed off by a roller course at the top and a drip edge at the bottom. Below the left stable window on the left is a facade stone with the initials WDTB and JTB. At the far left and right in the facade is a straight closed stable door opening closed off by a string course. To the left against the barn (on the north side) is a smaller barn dating from 1930. At the same time the barn was extended on the east side while preserving the original facade. The interior of the barn is largely preserved with among other things six roof trusses provided with carpenters' marks.

THROUGH-DRIVE BARN is of general cultural-historical, architectural-historical and urban planning value:
- of architectural-historical value as a good example of a historically developed barn in the east of the Netherlands;
- on account of the historic urban planning value of this location which goes back to the 13th century;
