Aan de noordzijde van het complex 'Kinderbrug' gelegen plantsoenaanleg in nieuw-architectonische tuinstijl. Het plantsoen vormt een lagere overgang tussen het brugcomplex en het open water bij de samenvloeiing van Zuider Amstelkanaal en Boerenwetering. Gelegen tussen het gebouwtje van de voormalige 'afdeling plantsoenen' bij brug nr.419 en de hoge pijlerbekroning met het beeldhouwwerk van Hildo Krop bij brug nr.420. Vanaf het straatniveau leidt een gemetselde muur naar een lager perk. Tegen de achtermuur staan banken waartussen beplanting. Aan de waterzijde een gemetselde kademuur met natuurstenen accenten. Getrapte borstwering op schuingeplaatst muurwerk ter aansluiting op het hoger gelegen deel. Twee kleine trappen leiden van het straatniveau naar het plantsoen. Aan de kademuur bevinden zich negen sokkels met beeldhouwwerk uit 1931: M. Vreugde/Kind met golvend haar; H. van Lith/Meisje met bal; L.E. Beyerman/Meisje met kat op schouder; F.J. van Hall/Meisje met beer en vogel; W.B. IJzerdraat/ Meisje met poppen; F. Werner/Meisje met lam; Th. Vos/Meisje met slakkenhuis; J. Kaas/ Meisje met hondje; J. Trapman/Kind met bizonkop.

On the north side of the 'Kinderbrug' complex located park layout in new-architectural garden style. The park forms a lower transition between the bridge complex and the open water at the confluence of Zuider Amstelkanaal and Boerenwetering. Located between the building of the former 'plantings department' at bridge no. 419 and the high pier capping with the sculpture by Hildo Krop at bridge no. 420. From street level a mortared wall leads to a lower bed. Against the back wall benches stand amongst which planting. On the water side a mortared quay wall with natural stone accents. Stepped balustrade on slanted masonry for connection to the higher situated part. Two small stairs lead from street level to the park. At the quay wall nine plinths with sculpture from 1931: M. Vreugde/Child with wavy hair; H. van Lith/Girl with ball; L.E. Beyerman/Girl with cat on shoulder; F.J. van Hall/Girl with bear and bird; W.B. IJzerdraat/Girl with dolls; F. Werner/Girl with lamb; Th. Vos/Girl with snail shell; J. Kaas/Girl with little dog; J. Trapman/Child with bison head.
