De uit 1853 daterende BOERDERIJ Groenewoud heeft een monumentaal voorhuis en een gedeeltelijk vernieuwd achterhuis (1971). Het pand heeft een vrijwel rechthoekige grondslag; het voorhuis risaleert. De boerderij wordt overkapt door een royaal overstekend zadeldak met wolfseinden, gedekt door bruine verbeterde Hollandse pannen. De kap is aan voorzijde voorzien van geschulpte windveren. De voorgevel heeft een symmetrische indeling. De onderste delen van de getoogde en samengestelde kruisvensters zijn voorzien van houten luiken. De zijgevels hebben een functionele indeling en zijn grotendeels voorzien van betonnen stalramen. De achtergevel heeft een symmetrische indeling voorzien van recht gesloten gevelopeningen. In het interieur is de grote betegelde schouw in het voorhuis bewaard gebleven.

Description
The FARMHOUSE Groenewoud, dating from 1853, has a monumental front house and a partially renewed rear house (1971). The building has an almost rectangular ground plan; the front house projects forward. The farmhouse is covered by a generous overhanging gabled roof with half-hipped ends, covered with brown improved Dutch tiles. The roof structure is fitted on the front side with sculpted wind finials. The front facade has a symmetrical layout. The lower parts of the arched and composite cross windows are fitted with wooden shutters. The side facades have a functional layout and are largely fitted with concrete stable windows. The rear facade has a symmetrical layout with rectangular closed window openings. In the interior, the large tiled fireplace in the front house has been preserved.
