Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 3: (bij Rijksstraatweg 127; op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr.3) TOEGANGSBRUG.
Naar het westelijke eiland een negentiende-eeuwse houten brug rustend op houten staanders en bakstenen keermuren. De brug heeft eenvoudig geprofileerde houten zijkanten en een houten loopplank voorzien van een ijzeren balustrade gevormd door gedecoreerde pijlers waartussen horizontale spijlen met in het midden een schakelketting. Aan weerszijden van de brug een hardstenen zuil, waartussen een hek van recente datum, die voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang is.

Description
Description component 3: (at Rijksstraatweg 127; indicated on the attached map with no. 3) ACCESS BRIDGE.
Towards the western island a nineteenth-century wooden bridge resting on wooden posts and brick revetment walls. The bridge has simply profiled wooden sides and a wooden walkway provided with an iron balustrade formed by decorated pillars between which are horizontal balusters with a link chain in the middle. On either side of the bridge a sandstone column, between which is a gate of recent date, which is of subsidiary importance for the protection.
