Omschrijving onderdeel 2: BOERDERIJ met schuren, poort en keermuur.
Om de voorhof ten noorden van het hoofdgebouw: boerderij met dienstwoning en stallen (rode oud-Hollandse pannen), de noordpoort (huidige toegang), een grote schuur in de noordwesthoek (rode pannen; nu atelier) met remise en - daarop aansluitend - een keermuur, aan de westkant van de voorhof; XVIII e.v. Boven de noordpoort een steen met alliantiewapen Diepenbroick/Vittinghof genoemd Schel, 1706; boven een ingang dezelfde wapens. De circa 15 meter lange keermuur aan de westzijde van de boerderij is omstreeks 1995 gerestaureerd en loopt (volgens mededeling van de eigenaar) ondergronds door in de vorm van funderingsresten.
Waardering
De BOERDERIJ, schuren, poort en keermuur zijn van algemeen belang wegens:
- de ouderdom;
- als voorbeelden van karakteristieke, landelijke historische bouwkunst;
- als substantiële onderdelen van het complex Heijen.

Description
Description of component 2: FARMHOUSE with barns, gate and retaining wall.
Around the forecourt to the north of the main building: farmhouse with service dwelling and stalls (red old Dutch tiles), the north gate (current access), a large barn in the north-west corner (red tiles; now studio) with coach house and – adjoining it – a retaining wall, on the west side of the forecourt; XVIII onwards. Above the north gate a stone with coat of arms of Diepenbroick/Vittinghof called Schel, 1706; above an entrance the same coats of arms. The approximately 15 metre long retaining wall on the west side of the farmhouse was restored around 1995 and runs (according to information from the owner) underground in the form of foundation remains.

The FARMHOUSE, barns, gate and retaining wall are of general importance because of:
