The single-storey former farmhouse on a rectangular floor plan is constructed above a plastered plinth from yellow Ijssel stone in crossbond. The 5-bay front facade has a front door with fanlight with curved glazing bars in a surround with pilasters and cornice in the style of the Delft School.
