Omschrijving onderdeel 10: SMEEDIJZEREN HEK.
Het pad over de voetgangersbrug voert naar een laat 19de-eeuws smeedijzeren hek in neo-Lodewijk XIVde stijl op de grens van het park en het bosgebied; het hek heeft dubbele panelen en zijstukken; links en rechts is het grote hek verbonden met een uit het begin van de 20ste eeuw daterend eenvoudig ijzeren hek, dat het park omgeeft.

Het SMEEDIJZEREN HEK is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:

Description of component 10: WROUGHT IRON FENCE.
The path over the footbridge leads to a late 19th-century wrought iron fence in neo-Louis XIV style on the boundary of the park and wooded area; the fence has double panels and side sections; to the left and right the large fence is connected to a simple iron fence dating from the early 20th century, which surrounds the park.
