Omschrijving onderdeel 9: VOETGANGERSBRUG.
Noordelijk van het kasteel een midden 19de-eeuwse gietijzeren voetgangersbrug met gebogen hekken op bakstenen landhoofden; brughekken in sobere neo-Lodewijk XIVde stijl met voluutvormige steunen op het houten brugdek.
De brug werd in de jaren '90 van de 20ste eeuw gerestaureerd.
Waardering
De VOETGANGERSBRUG is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:
- als vroeg voorbeeld in Nederland van een parkbrug in gietijzer;
- vanwege de hoge ornamentele waarde;
- vanwege de historisch-functionele waarde;
- vanwege de ouderdom en zeldzaamheidswaarde;

Description component 9: FOOTBRIDGE.
North of the castle a mid-19th-century cast-iron footbridge with curved railings on brick abutments; bridge railings in sober neo-Louis XIV style with volute-shaped supports on the wooden bridge deck.
The bridge was restored in the 1990s.

The FOOTBRIDGE is of general cultural-historical significance:
