LONG-FACADE FARMHOUSE adjoining former village café with stables and barn, built in artisanal-traditional style and dating from 1825. Before the café-dwelling house a stoep with hardstone bollards and iron rods. Behind against the building the foundation of the brewery established here in 1744 which was relocated to the neighbouring plot around 1890. The whole lies in the Keersopdal at the edge of the village Dommelen. Next to the barn a walnut tree.

Long-facade farmhouse adjoining village café "De Oranjeboom" with stables and barn, built above a rendered plinth on a rectangular ground plan of handmade brickwork in bond. Front facade café and dwelling house with cutting joint. Gabled roof with smothered Dutch tiles between spout gables, on the left extending into a chimney. On the ridge above the dwelling house section a second chimney. The spout gables have basketweave pattern and offsets, on the right a stepped corner pilaster. In the building are still remains of the beer cellar of the old brewery. The front facade has in the middle a panel door with old fittings and fanlight. Enamelled licence boards. On either side of the door two T-windows (sash windows) with at the bottom each a strip of 4 small panes with yellow glass. Double hinged shutters. Door and windows, all of equal height, are provided with reveals. Rod wall anchors. Profiled, partly rendered cornice with roof gutter. The side facade on the right has two later T-windows. Above it the anchor date 1825. At attic level two windows with 2-pane fanlight and each two casement windows. The rear facade has at the far left a later right-angled annexe with ladies' and gentlemen's toilet. Further a rear door with fanlight and on either side a window with hinged pane as fanlight. To the left of the front facade of the dwelling house are stables and barn under gabled roof with half-hipped roof annexe. The roof is covered with smothered red Dutch tiles. The front facade in dark handmade brick (21 x 10.5 x 4/5.5 cm) appears older than the dwelling house café but is just as old and built in one piece. In the middle and on the right two identical double stable doors under segmental arches with reveals, capped by headers. These doors are interspersed by windows with modified 6-pane sash windows. At the far left a later partial door under wooden lintel. Rod wall anchors. Below the roof edge a simple brick frieze. At the rear facade of the barn the roof sits slightly lower than at the dwelling house. The rear facade shows a stable door, 6-pane stable windows in concrete and is partly overgrown. The entirely symmetrical short side facade of the barn is renewed in imitation handmade brickwork in bond. Large double door under segmental arch with reveals, on either side arched 4-pane stable windows in concrete with reveals. At attic level two small round ventilation openings with roll mouldings. Rod wall anchors. Internally the original layout has been largely preserved. To the right of the entrance was the village café, to the right the dwelling house. The café, although closed since 1983, remains entirely intact with furnishings. The two heavy tie beams set into the wall are supported halfway across this undivided space by posts. These came in after the renovation around 1920; previously there was a sleeping chamber here extending to the side facade under the beer cellar of the brewery and the house. From cellar and café-beer storage the staircase is still present. The stables and barn are still in use as a cattle shed and dairy cattle are housed in it and direct sales take place.
