Het schuurtje staat op enige afstand van het huis op het achterterrein en is gebouwd rond 1895.

Het eenlaagse schuurtje heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en een zadeldak dat uitkraagt aan de zijden. De voorzijde heeft links een gekoppeld venster met kleine roedenverdeling. Rechts zijn twee deuren geplaatst, met vierruits bovenpaneel en drieruits bovenlicht. In de korte zijden bevinden zich onder de nok kleine raampjes. De achtergevel is blind.
Waardering
Het schuurtje is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling van De Kempen, namelijk de stichting van fabrieksnederzettingen met woningen voor alle sociale lagen. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van een groter geheel, het als gezicht te beschermen fabrieksdorp Dorplein. It has cultural-historical importance as a particular expression of the socio-economic development of De Kempen, namely the establishment of factory settlements with houses for all social classes.
