WOONHUIS, gebouwd in Eclectische stijl circa 1860.
NB: Na de oorlog is aan beide zijden van het pand een garage aangebouwd. De plattegrond is gedeeltelijk veranderd, de originele kamers-en-suite op de begane grond zijn dichtgezet, ook het stucplafond en de marmeren schouw zijn hier verwijderd. De overige delen van het interieur verkeren nog in goede staat.
Omschrijving
Het woonhuis heeft een vierkante plattegrond en omvat twee bouwlagen en een kapverdieping onder een met pannen bedekt schilddak met dakkapel in de middenas. Het is opgetrokken in baksteen in kruisverband en heeft een hardstenen plint en een lijstgevel. De voorgevel is vijf vensterassen breed en symmetrisch opgebouwd. De met stucwerk en geprofileerde houten omlijsting gedecoreerde middenrisaliet bevat de entreepartij en gaat op tot de dakkapel. Aan weerszijden bevinden zich schuiframen met houten kozijnen en hardstenen dorpels. Op de begane grond een hardstenen borstwering die over de gehele breedte van de gevel doorloopt en aansluit op de plint. Een hardstenen trede voert naar de dubbele paneeldeur met hardstenen dorpel en rondboogbovenlicht, voorzien van houtsnijwerk met bloemmotief. De entree heeft een blokwerk stucomlijsting. Een geprofileerde houten kroonlijst gedragen door met bladmotieven gedecoreerde consoles sluit de entreepartij af.
Boven de entree op de verdieping bevinden zich gekoppelde ramen met segmentbogen, geflankeerd door pilasters met spaarvelden en cirkelvormig snijwerk. Onder de vensters bevindt zich een fries met siersnijwerk. De gevel wordt beëindigd met een hoofdgestel. In de dakkapel bevinden zich drie gekoppelde rondboogramen, geflankeerd door pilasters die een kroonlijst dragen. Op de hoeken van het dak bevinden zich vier gemetselde schoorstenen. De zuidgevel heeft een hoogopgaand openslaand dubbel raam met roedenverdeling en houten kozijnen op de begane grond en een schuifraam op de verdieping. In de noordgevel bevindt zich een zelfde schuifraam op de verdieping. De westgevel is vijf vensterassen breed. De middenas bestaat op de begane grond uit een openslaande dubbele deur met vast rondboogbovenlicht en houten kozijnen en omlijsting. De overige vensters zijn schuifvensters met houten kozijnen met uitzondering van de vensters op de begane grond aan de noordzijde van de gevel, waar een moderne glazen pui is aangebracht.
Het interieur is voor een groot deel origineel. Van belang zijn: de marmeren vloeren op de begane grond van hal, gang en keuken, de stucplafonds, marmeren schouwen, de keuken met marmeren keukenblad, toilet inclusief met roze bloemmotief versierde porseleinen wc-pot.

Description
The residential house has a square ground plan and comprises two storeys and a roof storey under a tile-covered hipped roof with roof dormer in the central axis. It is built in brick in English bond and has a stone plinth and a cornice-topped facade. The front facade is five window bays wide and symmetrically composed. The central risalit decorated with stucco and profiled wooden moulding contains the entrance section and rises to the roof dormer. On either side are sash windows with wooden frames and stone sills. On the ground floor a stone plinth that runs across the entire width of the facade and connects to the plinth. A stone step leads to the double panel door with stone sill and round-arched fanlight, provided with carved wood with floral motif. The entrance has a blockwork stucco moulding. A profiled wooden cornice carried by consoles decorated with foliate motifs closes off the entrance section.
Above the entrance on the first floor are coupled windows with segmental arches, flanked by pilasters with spandrels and circular carved work. Below the windows is a frieze with decorative carving. The facade is terminated with a cornice. In the roof dormer are three coupled round-arched windows, flanked by pilasters carrying a cornice. On the corners of the roof are four brick chimneys. The south facade has a tall opening double window with glazing bars and wooden frames on the ground floor and a sash window on the first floor. In the north facade there is a similar sash window on the first floor. The west facade is five window bays wide. The central axis consists on the ground floor of an opening double door with fixed round-arched fanlight and wooden frames and moulding. The remaining windows are sash windows with wooden frames with the exception of the windows on the ground floor on the north side of the facade, where a modern glazed storefront has been installed.
The interior is largely original. Important features are: the marble floors on the ground floor of the hall, corridor and kitchen, the stucco ceilings, marble chimney pieces, the kitchen with marble worktop, toilet including a porcelain toilet bowl decorated with pink floral motif.
