Inleiding
KARNSCHUUR uit de zeventiende eeuw, behorende bij het boerderijcomplex "Hammenwoning". De karnschuur bevindt zich ten zuidoosten van het woonhuis.
Omschrijving
Karnschuur, opgetrokken in baksteen op een rechthoekige plattegrond. Het zadeldak is gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen. De gevels bestaan met uitzondering van een gecementeerde plint en een kopgevel uit schoonmetselwerk met vlechtingen in de kopgevels. Er zijn staafankers toegepast. De houten goot rust op houten klosjes. De houten kozijnen hebben houten pen- en gatverbindingen. In de oostgevel bevinden zich v.l.n.r. een houten deur, een rechtgesloten venster met vierruitsraam en een tweedelige staldeur. In de noordgevel bevindt zich een rechtgesloten venster met luik. In de westgevel een venster met luik en kleine uitbouw onder plat dak. De zuidgevel is blind.
Door het cirkelvormige patroon in de klinkervloer en de houten constructie, die wordt gedomineerd door kruislings geplaatste balken, is de vorm en de plaats van de karnplaats sterk herkenbaar.

CHURN DAIRY from the seventeenth century, belonging to the farmhouse complex "Hammenwoning". The churn dairy is located to the southeast of the residential house.
Description
Churn dairy, constructed in brick on a rectangular plan. The gabled roof is covered with covered cross tiles. The facades consist, with the exception of a cemented base and a gable end, of fair-faced masonry with interlacing in the gable ends. Bar anchors are applied. The wooden gutter rests on wooden blocks. The wooden frames have wooden mortise and tenon joints. In the east facade there are, from left to right, a wooden door, a straight-sided window with four-pane frame and a two-part stable door. In the north facade there is a straight-sided window with shutter. In the west facade a window with shutter and small extension under flat roof. The south facade is blind.
Through the circular pattern in the clinker floor and the wooden structure, which is dominated by cross-placed beams, the form and location of the churn place are strongly recognizable.
