Inleiding
ZOMERHUIS behorende bij de boerderij gebouwd in de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw in Traditioneel Ambachtelijke stijl.
Omschrijving
Rechthoekig eenlaags pand met gepleisterde gevels en schijnvoegen onder een zadeldak met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen. Boven de voorgevel is het overstekende dak voorzien van windveren en wordt gedragen door consoles. Het voorschot eindigt in een makelaar.
In de voorgevel (oost) zijn twee segmentboogvormige zesruits vensters geplaatst en een opgeklampt luik onder een rondboogvormig bovenlicht in de top.
De linker zijgevel gaat schuil achter het tussenlid waarmee het zomerhuis met de boerderij verbonden is.
De rechter zijgevel heeft een deur onder een bovenlicht met fantasie-roedenverdeling.
De achtergevel is blind.
INTERIEUR. Het zomerhuis is eenvoudig van inrichting. Het bezit het oude toilet en een ingebouwde houten kast.

SUMMER HOUSE belonging to the farmhouse built in the second half of the 19th century in Traditional Artisanal style.
Description
Rectangular single-storey building with rendered facades and false joints under a gabled roof with pantiles laid in a bond pattern. Above the front facade the overhanging roof is fitted with wind vanes and is carried by consoles. The frontage ends in a coping.
In the front facade (east) two segment-arched six-light windows are placed and a ledged and braced shutter under a round-arched fanlight at the top.
The left side facade is hidden behind the connecting structure linking the summer house to the farmhouse.
The right side facade has a door under a fanlight with decorative glazing bars.
The rear facade is blank.
INTERIOR. The summer house is simply appointed. It contains the original toilet and a built-in wooden cupboard.
