Diverse WATERWERKEN (4) gebouwd in het bos- en heidegebied ten zuiden en ten oosten van het landhuis Noorderheide' veelal in baksteen en/of beton, waarschijnlijk door en/of in opdracht van D.G. van Beuningen en bestaande uit een aantal BEKEN met BRUGGETJES, DUIKERS, VOORDES en WATERVALLEN, onderbroken door VIJVERS soms met AFSLUITERS gevoed door een tweetal POMPSTATIONS waarvan alleen het westelijke pompstation nog overeind staat. Op het laagste punt nabij Tonnetjesdelle is een DAM van klei gebouwd om het water vast te houden. Van het oostelijke pompstation zijn de resten rond 2004 verdwenen. Het water wordt nu vanuit een put opgepompt middels een door diesel aangedreven pomp. Van hieruit loopt een droog staande beekgeul (oude beek) via een aantal kleine vijvers en de grotere Forellenvijver met eiland naar een grote vijver: de Wildakker van waaruit de beek zich vervolgens voortzet naar de Tonnetjesdelle. Het westelijk pompstation bestaat uit een eenvoudig in baksteen opgetrokken gecementeeerd gebouwtje onder een lessenaarsdak. Het deels ingegraven gebouwtje bezit in de zijgevels telkens twee meerruits ijzeren ramen. Aan de achterzijde bevinden zich een deur en een raam. In het pompstation bevindt zich een betonnen koker die leidt naar een circa 30 meter onder het maaiveld gelegen elektrische, oorspronkelijk door een dieselmotor aangedreven pomp. Aan de westzijde van het pompstation bevinden zich drie vijvers met beddingen vervaardigd van baksteen en/of beton. Van daaruit loopt de bedding van de beek door tot aan de vijver Diependel nabij het landhuis. Vanaf de zuidelijke vijver nabij dit pompstation kan via het openen van een metalen afsluiter water in de Nieuwe Beek lopen. De droge beekgeul loopt via een aantal watervallen en vijvers het dal in richting Tonnetjesdelle. Ten zuiden van dit pompstation bevindt zich een kuip van beton en/of baksteen gevoed door een beekje met een bedding in het hetzelfde materiaal. Deze losstaande vijver kon met een ijzeren handpomp gevuld worden. De beken worden overkluisd door eenvoudige bakstenen of natuurstenen bruggetjes of zijn voorzien van doorwaadbare plaatsen (VOORDES). Deze waren bedoeld om het mogelijk te maken om ongehinderd per fiets het terrein te kunnen verkennen.

Diverse WATERWORKS (4) constructed in the woodland and heath area to the south and east of the country house 'Noorderheide', mostly in brick and/or concrete, probably by and/or on the instruction of D.G. van Beuningen and consisting of a number of STREAMS with SMALL BRIDGES, CULVERTS, FORDS and WATERFALLS, interrupted by PONDS sometimes with SLUICES fed by two PUMP STATIONS of which only the western pump station still stands. At the lowest point near Tonnetjesdelle a DAM of clay was built to hold the water. The remains of the eastern pump station disappeared around 2004. The water is now pumped up from a well by means of a diesel-powered pump. From here a dry stream bed (old stream) runs via a number of small ponds and the larger Trout Pond with island towards a large pond: the Wildakker from which the stream subsequently continues to the Tonnetjesdelle. The western pump station consists of a simple brick building cemented over under a lean-to roof. The partially sunken building has in the side gables two multi-pane iron windows each. At the rear there is a door and a window. In the pump station there is a concrete pipe leading to an electric pump, originally powered by a diesel engine, located approximately 30 metres below ground level. On the west side of the pump station there are three ponds with beds constructed of brick and/or concrete. From there the bed of the stream continues to the pond Diependel near the country house. From the southern pond near this pump station water can flow into the Nieuwe Beek via the opening of a metal sluice. The dry stream bed runs via a number of waterfalls and ponds into the valley in the direction of Tonnetjesdelle. To the south of this pump station there is a basin of concrete and/or brick fed by a small stream with a bed in the same material. This detached pond could be filled with an iron hand pump.
