De HOOIBERG van het vierroedige type, bestaat uit vier houten stijlen en een tentdak dat met riet belegd is.

- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als goed voorbeeld van een agrarisch bijgebouw op een boerenerf, in casu een hooiberg uit het laatste kwart van de negentiende eeuw. De berg is van het vierroedige type en is uitgevoerd in hout.
- Van stedenbouwkundige waarde als essentieel onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex dat een karakteristiek onderdeel is van het historisch gegroeide buitengebied ten zuidwesten van Putten, als onderdeel van het landgoed Oldenaller waar het vanwege de markante ligging aan de laan een belangrijke beeldbepalende waarde heeft.
