Omschrijving
De kleine BOERDERIJ van het type hallehuis bestaat uit een woongedeelte aan de voorzijde en een bedrijfsgedeelte aan de achterzijde. Het geheel is opgetrokken in baksteen en telt één bouwlaag en een zolderverdieping onder een wolfdak dat deels gedekt is met riet en deels met gesmoorde pannen. De nok is voorzien van rode nokvorsten. Aan voor- en achterzijde lopen bewerkte windveren en centraal op de nok bevindt zich een gemetselde schoorsteen met rookkap. De symmetrisch ingedeelde VOORGEVEL heeft in de eerste bouwlaag drie zesruits schuiframen met luiken voorzien van hartvormige uitsparingen. De vensters zijn aan de bovenzijde afgesloten met segmentbogen met gepleisterde sluitstenen. Op de scheiding van begane grond en zolderverdieping zijn muurankers aangebracht. Op de zolderverdieping bevindt zich een meerruits zolderraam.
De LINKER ZIJGEVEL bevat de buitendeur van de boerderij.
Het INTERIEUR van het woongedeelte bevat vermoedelijk een grotere middenkamer met stookplaats geflankeerd door lagere zijvertrekken. Het bedrijfsgedeelte zal een middenlangsdeel bezitten, met stallen aan weerszijden en een opening met dubbele deeldeuren in de achtergevel.

Description
The small FARMHOUSE of the hall-house type consists of a residential section at the front and a working section at the rear. The whole is built in brick and has one storey and an attic storey under a half-hipped roof partially covered with thatch and partially with hipped tiles. The ridge is furnished with red ridge crests. On the front and rear are finished wind vanes and centrally on the ridge is a brick chimney with smoke cap. The symmetrically arranged FRONT FACADE has in the first storey three six-light sash windows with shutters provided with heart-shaped cutouts. The windows are closed off at the top with segmental arches with plastered keystones. Wall anchors are arranged on the division between ground floor and attic storey. On the attic storey is a multi-light attic window.
The LEFT SIDE FACADE contains the exterior door of the farmhouse.
The INTERIOR of the residential section presumably contains a larger central chamber with hearth flanked by lower side rooms. The working section will have a central longitudinal section, with stalls on either side and an opening with double dividing doors in the rear facade.
