Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS (B). Op het achtererf staat links het voormalige koetshuis met paardestallen op een rechthoekig grondplan. De bakstenen gevels (kruisverband) zijn voorzien van uitgemetselde hoekpilasters. De kap is een, met gesmoorde oud hollandse pannen belegd schilddak en bezit op de nok en kepers Hollandse vorsten.
In de VOORGEVEL, die ten opzichte van de voorgevel van het hoofdhuis ver naar achter ligt, komen opgeklampte segmentboogvormige deuren voor onder een dito boog met 1 1/2 steens strek. Ter weerszijden bevindt zich een gietijzeren, halfrond beëindigd stalraam met vorktracering, waarboven uitgemetselde siermetselwerk als een soort guirlande. De LINKER ZIJGEVEL, bevat links en rechts een standaardtype raam met guirlande met in het midden een rondvenster met margrietraam, gevat in een rollaag.
De inrijdeuren in de de ACHTERGEVEL zijn dichtgezet en ter plaatse is een opgeklampte deur aangebracht ten behoeve van een paardenbox. Links is een getoogde staldeur aanwezig. Rechts komt een rondboogvormig meerruits stalraam voor onder een rollaag.
Alleen in de RECHTER ZIJGEVEL bevindt zich een opgeklampte deur onder een zg. oeil de boeuf in bloemmotief. Links komt een rondraam voor en rechts een rechtgesloten beluikt venster.
Waardering
- Van architectuurhistorisch belang als goed voorbeeld van een 19e eeuws koetshuis bij een landhuis.
- Van stedenbouwkundig belang vanwege de (verhoogde) ligging aan de Tielsestraat en de relatie met de complex-onderdelen.

Description
COACH HOUSE (B). On the rear courtyard stands on the left the former coach house with horse stables on a rectangular ground plan. The brick facades (English bond) are provided with chamfered corner pilasters. The roof is a hipped roof covered with dulled old Dutch tiles and has Dutch eaves on the ridge and rafters.
In the FRONT FACADE, which lies far back in relation to the front facade of the main house, there are sprocketed segmental arch-shaped doors under a similar arch with 1 1/2 brick courses. On either side there is a cast-iron, semicircle-ended stable window with forked tracery, above which chamfered decorative brickwork as a kind of garland. The LEFT SIDE FACADE contains on the left and right a standard-type window with garland with in the middle a round window with marguerite window, set in a roll moulding.
The carriage doors in the REAR FACADE are blocked off and a sprocketed door has been installed in place for a horse box. On the left is an arched stable door present. On the right there is a semicircular multi-pane stable window under a roll moulding.
Only in the RIGHT SIDE FACADE there is a sprocketed door under a so-called oeil de boeuf in flower motif. On the left there is a round window and on the right a straight-closed shuttered window.
