Tuinaanleg (Jhr. dr. C.J. Sandbergweg by 60; op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 2) De TUINAANLEG in Gemengde Landschapsstijl uit 1921-1923, naar ontwerp van H. Copijn & Zoon strekt zich uit rondom het landhuis tot aan de weg in het westen en het bos in het noorden. Ten noorden van het huis bevinden zich voornamelijk hoge bomen en bos, ten westen, zuiden en oosten lage beplanting, waterpartijen en grasland. Vanaf de Sandbergweg leidt een rechte oprijlaan naar het huis. De oprijlaan eindigt in een lusvorm voor het huis. De oprijlaan is met grind belegd en in de lus begrensd door geschoren ronde buxushagen. Ook langs de gevels van het huis bevinden zich smalle grindstroken. In de lus voor het huis bevindt zich in het gras een zonnewijzer. Aan weerszijden van de oprijlaan bevindt zich een waterpartij. De noordelijke van deze vijvers is ook al op oudere kaarten aanwezig. Aan de westzijde en de zuidzijde van het huis bevindt zich voornamelijk rododendronbeplanting.. Er zijn hier diverse zichtassen gecreëerd. Hier bevindt zich ook het tuinhuis. Verder westelijk bevond zich oorspronkelijk veengrond. Copijn liet voor de aanleg van de tuin de loop van de Leuvenumsche of Staverdensche Beek verleggen en legde enkele retentievijvers aan.

Garden layout (Jhr. dr. C.J. Sandbergweg no. 60; indicated on the accompanying map with no. 2) The GARDEN LAYOUT in Mixed Landscape style from 1921-1923, designed by H. Copijn & Zoon, extends around the country house to the road in the west and the wood in the north. North of the house there are mainly tall trees and woodland, to the west, south and east low planting, water features and grassland. From the Sandbergweg a straight drive leads to the house. The drive ends in a loop in front of the house. The drive is laid with gravel and in the loop is bordered by clipped round box hedges. Narrow gravel strips also run along the façades of the house. In the loop in front of the house there is a sundial in the grass. On either side of the drive there is a water feature. The northern of these ponds is also present on older maps. On the west side and south side of the house there is mainly rhododendron planting. Various sight lines have been created here. The garden house is also located here. Further to the west, peat soil was originally present. Copijn had the course of the Leuvenumsche or Staverdensche Beck diverted for the garden layout and laid out several retention ponds.
