Omschrijving BRUG MET TOEGANGSHEK (4):
Brug met toegangshek bij het complex historische buitenplaats Hilverbeek, gelegen over de waterloop langs de Leeuwenlaan ten zuidoosten van het hoofdhuis. Na de afbraak van de bouwhuizen en het wijzigen van de inrichting van het voorterrein in 1808 kwam er een nieuwe toegang op deze plaats te liggen. De brug bestaat uit gemetselde brughoofden met ijzeren liggers, waarop een houten rijvlak. Langs de zijkanten is een eenvoudig ijzeren balie aangebracht. Aan de binnenzijde van de brug staat een eenvoudig hek bestaande uit vierkante houten hekpijlers, waartussen de ijzeren vleugels draaien.

De brug en het toegangshek zijn van algemeen belang vanwege:
- hun functionele betekenis voor de buitenplaats;

Description BRIDGE WITH ACCESS GATE (4):
Bridge with access gate at the complex historic country estate Hilverbeek, located over the watercourse along the Leeuwenlaan to the south-east of the main house. After the demolition of the farm buildings and the alteration of the arrangement of the forecourt in 1808 a new entrance came to be located at this place. The bridge consists of masoned bridge abutments with iron girders, on which a wooden carriageway. Along the sides a simple iron railing is installed. On the inside of the bridge stands a simple gate consisting of square wooden gate posts, between which the iron leaves revolve.

The bridge and the access gate are of general interest because of:
- their functional importance for the country estate;
- as an example of a simple yet harmonious execution of such a component.
