Omschrijving
De BOERDERIJ(1) heeft een rieten dak met wolfseinden. De gevels zijn van schoon metselwerk in kruisverband. Rondom is een trasraam, afgewerkt met een rollaag. De schoorsteen staat in de nok boven het voorhuis. De VOORGEVEL telt vier vensterassen met een zesruits schuifvenster met luiken, in een kozijn op een grijze dorpel. Bovenin de gevel is links en rechts een vierruits schuifvenster in een gelijksoortig kozijn. De LINKER ZIJGEVEL heeft ter plekke van het voorhuis een vierruits schuifvenster met luiken, in een kozijn op een grijze lekdorpel. Links hiervan is een klein venster tegen de dakvoet, met een grijze lekdorpel. Over de lengte van het achterhuis heeft deze gevel een kleine staldeur en links en rechts een zesruits horizontaal gietijzeren stalvenster. Centraal in de ACHTERGEVEL staan de groene dubbele deeldeuren onder een segmentboog. Links en rechts in de gevel is een staldeur onder een segmentboog. Een gelijke boog bevindt zich boven een luik centraal bovenin de gevel. Links en rechts van de deeldeuren is een hooggeplaatst gietijzeren rondboogvenster. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL heeft links van het midden een kleine uitbouw van de keuken, in de vorm van een erker. Rechts hiervan is een woonhuisdeur. Rechts van de deur is een enkelruits venster met moderne raamdorpelstenen. Verder naar rechts bevindt zich een klein venster tegen de dakvoet in een wit kozijn met moderne raamdorpelstenen. Rechts hiervan is een eenvoudig vierruits gietijzeren venster onder een licht boogje.
Waardering
BOERDERIJ 'Zeldenrust' uit 1920:
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als bijzonder gaaf bewaarde keuterboerderij uit het Interbellum met een voor de bouwtijd karakteristieke hoofdvorm, detaillering en materiaalgebruik.
- Van stedenbouwkundige waarde vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie met de overige onderdelen van het complex waarvan de boerderij het hoofdobject vormt.
- Van cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van het agrarische leven op de Veluwe tijdens het Interbellum. Vanwege de gaafheid en compleetheid van de bebouwing alsmede de redelijk goed bewaard gebleven erfaanleg geeft het complex een bijzonder goed beeld van het boerenbedrijf tijdens het Interbellum aan de noordrand van de Veluwe.

The FARMHOUSE(1) has a thatched roof with half-hipped ends. The facades are of fair-faced brickwork in English bond. All around is a rendered stone socle, finished with a roll course. The LEFT SIDE FACADE at the location of the front house has a four-light sash window with shutters, in a frame on a grey weathered sill. To the left of this is a small window against the roof edge, with a grey weathered sill. Along the length of the rear house, this facade has a small stable door and left and right a six-light horizontal cast iron stable window. Centrally in the BACK FACADE stand the green double doors under a segmental arch. Left and right in the facade is a stable door under a segmental arch. An identical arch is located above a shutter centrally at the top of the facade. Left and right of the doors is a high-placed cast iron round-arch window. FARMHOUSE 'Zeldenrust' from 1920:
