Omschrijving
HALLEHUISBOERDERIJ met rechthoekige plattegrond bestaande uit één bouwlaag afgesloten door een met riet gedekt afgewolfd zadeldak. De bakstenen schoorsteenschacht bevindt zich in de nok op de grens van het voor- en het achterhuis.
Centraal in de VOORGEVEL met zwart geschilderde plint bevinden zich twee zes-ruits schuiframen aan weerszijden geflankeerd door geklampte luiken. Aan de bovenzijde worden de vensters afgesloten door een rollaag, aan de onderzijde door een lekdorpel. Linksboven bevindt zich een klein vier-ruits opkamer venster met lekdorpel. Hieronder bevindt zich een klein keldervenster met lekdorpel. Rechts bevindt zich een vergelijkbaar, laaggeplaatst klein venster. Onder het wolfeind bevindt zich een klein venster. De gevel met zes muurankers is voorzien van vlechtingen langs de dakrand. In de LINKERZIJGEVEL met lage zwarte plint bevindt zich rechts van het midden een rondboogvormige, geklampte deur van het achterhuis. Rechts in de gevel bevindt zich een niet oorspronkelijk venster en een rechthoekige deur.
De symmetrische ACHTERGEVEL zonder plint is opgetrokken in halfsteens verband. Centraal in de gevel bevindt zich een dubbele, rechthoekige deeldeur afgesloten door een betonnen latei. Links en rechts van de deur bevindt zich een segmentboogvormig stalraam met ijzeren roedenverdeling. Uiterst links en rechts bevindt zich een segmentboogvormige geklampte staldeur afgesloten door een rollaag. Onder het wolfeind bevindt zich een geklampt luik met links en rechts een halfrond venster met vorktracering.
De RECHTERZIJGEVEL bestaat uit de bakstenen gevel van het voorhuis en de houten gevel van het achterhuis. De gevel van het voorhuis is een blinde gevel. De gevel van het achterhuis is opgetrokken in horizontale gepotdekselde delen. In dit geveldeel bevinden zich drie halfronde stalramen met vorktracering.
Het INTERIEUR bevindt zich voor wat betreft de indeling nog in oorspronkelijke staat met onder meer bedstededeuren en een heerd.

HALLEHUISBOERDERIJ gebouwd als hoofdobject van het BOERDERIJCOMPLEX De Plas' gelegen op een onverhard terrein in een ongerept weidelandschap met beekjes en houtwallen.
- Van architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een goed en gaaf bewaarde hallehuisboerderij als onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex De Plas' gegroeid in de jaren tussen 1850 en 1940.

HALLHOUSE FARMSTEAD with rectangular floor plan consisting of one storey enclosed by a reedthatched curved gabled roof. The brick chimney stack is located in the ridge on the boundary between the front and rear house.
Central in the FRONT FACADE with black-painted plinth are two six-pane sash windows flanked on either side by clamped shutters. At the top the windows are finished with a roll moulding, at the bottom with a drip moulding. Upper left is a small four-pane upper chamber window with drip moulding. Below this is a small cellar window with drip moulding. On the right is a comparable low-placed small window. Below the half-hipped roof end is a small window. The facade with six wall anchors is fitted with corbelling along the roof edge. In the LEFT SIDE FACADE with low black plinth is on the right of centre a round-arched, clamped door to the rear house. On the right in the facade is a non-original window and a rectangular door.
The symmetrical REAR FACADE without plinth is laid in half-brick bond. Central in the facade is a double, rectangular divided door finished with a concrete lintel. Left and right of the door is a segment-arched stable window with iron glazing bars. At the far left and right is a segment-arched clamped stable door finished with a roll moulding. Below the half-hipped roof end is a clamped shutter with on the left and right a semicircular window with fork tracery.
The RIGHT SIDE FACADE consists of the brick facade of the front house and the wooden facade of the rear house. The facade of the front house is a blank facade. The facade of the rear house is laid in horizontal clay-daubed panels. In this facade section are three semicircular stable windows with fork tracery.
The INTERIOR remains as far as the layout is concerned in original condition with amongst other things bed recesses and a hearth.

HALLHOUSE FARMSTEAD constructed as the main building of the FARM COMPLEX 'De Plas' located on an unpaved area in an unspoilt meadow landscape with streams and hedgerows.
- Of architectural-historical value as an example of a well and well-preserved hallhouse farmstead as part of the farm complex 'De Plas' which grew during the period between 1850 and 1940.
