Omschrijving
Gietijzeren SPIJLENHEK, geplaatst achter door een ezelsrug afgesloten laag muurtje, dat eveneens onder de rijksbescherming valt. De samengestelde borstwering scheidt het plein met kerk van de straat af en is geplaatst tussen de rechter zijgevel van de pastorie (Middenstraat 45) en het naastgelegen woonhuis (Middenstraat 41?). Aan de linkerzijde is het hek hoger en staat het zonder laag muurtje vrij tussen vier gietijzeren, gecanneleerde zuiltjes voorzien van een bladkapiteel waarop een granaatappel rust. De vleugeldeuren sluiten direct aan op het grintpad, dat naar de ten opzichte van de straat naar achter gelegen kerk leidt. Rechts bij de pastorie een trapje dat leidt naar een draaihekje met hoekposten met versiering, elk bekroond door een bloemknop. Het hek bestaat uit drie regels met tussen twee spijlen een van halve hoogte maar alle zijn voorzien van gestileerde lelies.

Description
Cast-iron RAILING, placed behind a low wall covered with a saddle back, which also falls under the national monument protection. The composite breastwork separates the square with church from the street and is placed between the right side facade of the parsonage (Middenstraat 45) and the adjoining residence (Middenstraat 41?). On the left side, the railing is higher and stands freely between four cast-iron, fluted pillars provided with a leaf capital on which a pomegranate rests. The wing gates adjoin directly the gravel path that leads to the church set back from the street. On the right at the parsonage a flight of steps leading to a turnstile with corner posts with decoration, each crowned by a flower bud. The railing consists of three tiers with, between two balusters, one of half height but all are provided with stylised lilies.
