Inleiding
Dubbele HOOFDOPZICHTERSWONING gebouwd in 1923 in de stijl van het Traditionalisme. De panden werden gebouwd in opdracht van de Oranje Nassau III mijnen naar een ontwerp van het Bouwbureau van de mijnen. De panden zijn gesitueerd aan de voet van de steenberg nabij de voormalige locatie van de Oranje Nassau III mijn.
Omschrijving
Twee halfvrijstaande woonhuizen in twee bouwlagen onder een schilddak gedekt met rode mulden pannen. Bakgoot met houten consoles. Het toegepaste bouwmateriaal is baksteen met metselwerk in halfsteens verband. Rechthoekige houten vensters en deuren. Deuren met boven- en zijlichten met roedeverdeling. In middendeel frontgevel in de eerste bouwlaag de beide voordeuren. Aan de rechter- respectievelijk linkerzijde van de deur twee vensters. In de tweede bouwlaag frontgevel vier vensters met rolluiken van omstreeks 1990.
Pand met HUISNUMMER 27: in de rechter ZIJGEVEL in de eerste bouwlaag twee vensters met houten luiken maar zonder roedeverdeling; in de tweede bouwlaag twee vensters met rolluiken van omstreeks 1990.
In het middendeel van de ACHTERGEVEL een uitbouw in anderhalve bouwlaag met doorlopend lessenaarsdak. In de achtergevel in de eerste bouwlaag een venster met houten luiken en een venster met rolluiken. In de tweede bouwlaag twee vensters met rolluiken.
Aan de achtergevel een schuurtje in een bouwlaag met plat dak.
In het zijgeveldakvlak twee dakvensters van omstreeks 1990. Twee schoorstenen.
Structuur van het INTERIEUR redelijk in tact hetgeen blijkt uit de situering van gang, trappenhuis en kamers. Pand met HUISNUMMER 25: in de linker ZIJGEVEL in de eerste bouwlaag twee vensters met houten luiken en met roedeverdeling; in de tweede bouwlaag twee vensters met rolluiken van omstreeks 1990 datum en met roedeverdeling.
In het middendeel van de ACHTERGEVEL een uitbouw in anderhalve bouwlaag met doorlopend lessenaarsdak. In de achtergevel in de eerste bouwlaag een venster met houten luiken en een venster met rolluiken. In de tweede bouwlaag twee vensters met rolluiken.
