Het Prieel heeft een rechthoekig grondplan met een driezijdig gesloten achterzijde. Het prieel heeft een houten zadeldak met een driezijdig gesloten achterzijde, gesneden windveren en druiplijsten en een gesneden makelaar. De gevels bestaan uit kraalschroten tegen een houten regelwerk. In de linker en de rechter zijgevel bevindt zich een getoogd raampje. De opengewerkte voorzijde bestaat uit gesneden stijl- en regelwerk in de trant van de chaletstijl.
