Rijtje van vijf WONINGEN, behorende tot het complex "Veenshof" als een van de drie rijtjes van in totaal 21 arbeiderswoningen, gebouwd in de periode 1935-1936 naar het ontwerp van N. Andriessen in de stijl van de Delftse School, gesitueerd aan de oostzijde van de hof.
Omschrijving
Rijtje van vijf woningen, opgetrokken op rechthoekige plattegrond in gele baksteen ter hoogte van een bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder hoog opgaand zadeldak met de noklijn noord-zuid lopend, bedekt met gesmoorde verbeterde Hollandse pannen en schoorstenen op de noklijn. De woningen hebben stalen toogvormige vensters in de voorgevel en de trappenhuizen van de middenwoningen worden door topgeveltjes onder zadeldak geaccentueerd, waarin, in iets verdiept liggend rondboogvormig gevelvlak gevat, op de begane grond de deuren en in de top ronde vensters met kruisroeden. De woning op de zuidoosthoek is lager. De achtergevels van de woningen bevatten een driedelig houten venster, in oorsprong alle met roedenverdeling, een deur met zijlichten naar de achtertuin en een dakkapel, oorspronkelijk met roedenverdeling in de ramen.

Row of five dwellings, constructed on a rectangular floor plan in yellow brickwork at the height of one storey and a roof storey under a high-rising gabled roof with the ridge line running north-south, covered with mellowed improved Dutch tiles and chimneys on the ridge line. The dwellings have steel round-arched windows in the front facade and the staircases of the middle dwellings are accentuated by apex gablelets under a gabled roof, in which, set in a slightly recessed round-arched facade plane, on the ground floor the doors and in the apex round windows with cross glazing bars. The dwelling on the south-east corner is lower. The rear facades of the dwellings contain a three-part wooden window, originally all with glazing bars, a door with side lights to the rear garden and a roof dormer, originally with glazing bars in the window frames.
