Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Huis te Heenvliet. Aan de Markt staat een in oorsprong middeleeuwse woonhuis dat later tot koetshuis is verbouwd; de voorgevel dateert uit omstreeks 1800. Het op sterk gerende grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen pand met hoge plint bestaat uit twee bouwlagen en een kapverdieping onder een met rode Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak (schuin aflopend naar de achterzijde) met klokgevel aan de voorzijde; de klokgevel heeft voluutvormige natuurstenen hoekblokken en een driezijdige (fronton) bekroning. Regelmatig ingedeelde voorgevel van twee vensterassen met kruisvensters met halve luiken en een gelijkvormig topvenster. In de rechterzijgevel is een excentrisch geplaatste deurpartij bestaande uit een dubbele inrijdeur en toegangsdeur, gevat in een omlijsting, rechts hiervan een meerruitsvenster; goot op klossen; een houten dakkapel met onderstuk en driezijdig fronton. De achtergevel is ingedeeld met een venster, houten deur en een uitbouwtje (privaat?) met houten deur; twee dakkapellen gelijkvormig aan de eerst genoemde.

Description
COACH HOUSE belonging to the country estate Huis te Heenvliet. On the Markt stands an originally medieval residential house that was later converted into a coach house; the front façade dates from around 1800. The brick building erected on a heavily sloping foundation with a high plinth consists of two storeys and a roof storey under a hipped roof covered with red Old Dutch tiles (sloping down towards the rear) with a bell gable at the front; the bell gable has volute-shaped natural stone corner blocks and a three-sided (pediment) cornice. Regularly laid-out front façade of two window bays with cross windows with half-shutters and a corresponding top window. In the right side façade is an eccentrically placed door section consisting of a double carriage entrance and access door, set in a frame, to the right of which a multi-pane window; gutter on brackets; a wooden roof dormer with a base section and three-sided pediment. The rear façade is articulated with a window, wooden door and a small extension (privy?) with wooden door; two roof dormers of the same design as the first mentioned.
