Inleiding.
WOONHUIS met voormalige bedrijfsruimte op de begane grond, in 1889 gebouwd in Neo-Renaissance vormen. Rond 1995 gerenoveerd.
Omschrijving.
Het drie raamassen brede bouwwerk telt drie lagen een een zolderetage. Het is opgetrokken uit machinale baksteen met ornamenten in geschilderde natuursteen en wordt afgedekt door een zadeldak. De ingang bevindt zich in de linkertravee. De ramen hebben deels gewijzigde vier- en zesruits schuif- en draairamen met glas-in-lood bovenlichten onder segmentbogen met aanzet- en sluitstenen en in de vullingen siermotieven. Deze bestaan op de eerste etage uit maskerkoppen en op de overige etages uit schelpmotieven. Onder de ramen cordonlijsten en overigens speklagen. Op de eerste etage tevens in de linkertravee een driezijdige erker van hout met gebogen dak met zinken schubleien. De tuitgevel heeft een middendeel dat met pilasters uitkraagt op voluten met leeuwenkloppen en bekroond wordt door een opbouw met gebogen fronton en vulten. De top heeft verder deklijsten, speklagen en rolwerkcartouches met Anno 1889. Inwendig op de verdieping suitekamer met stucplafonds. Hier in de voorkamer een marmeren schoorsteenmantel.
Waardering.
Het woonhuis is van algemeen belang. Het object heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van een sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, namelijk de bouw en vernieuwing van stedelijke woonhuizen in de middeleeuwse binnenstad. Het object is tevens van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van het stadswoonhuis. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de detaillering en de rijke opzet van de gevel. Het object heeft ensemblewaarde omdat het deel uitmaakt van een gave straatwand aan de Bossche stadshaven. Het huis is tot slot van belang vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en delen van het interieur.

Description.
The building three window axes wide comprises three storeys and an attic storey. It is constructed of machine-made brick with ornaments in painted natural stone and is covered by a gabled roof. The entrance is located in the left bay. The windows have partly modified four- and six-pane sash and casement windows with glass-in-lead fanlights under segmental arches with impost and springer stones and in the infills decorative motifs. These consist on the first floor of mask-heads and on the other storeys of shell motifs. Under the windows cornice mouldings and otherwise speckled courses. On the first floor also in the left bay a three-sided wooden oriel with curved roof with zinc sliding roof tiles. The spout gable has a central section that projects with pilasters on scrolls with lion's heads and is crowned by a structure with curved pediment and volutes. The top further has drip mouldings, speckled courses and rolled cartouches with Anno 1889. Internally on the upper floor suite room with stucco ceilings. Here in the front room a marble fireplace mantel.
Valuation.
The residence is of general interest. The object has cultural-historical value as a special expression of a socio-economic development, namely the construction and renewal of urban residences in the medieval inner city.
