Omschrijving
De BIJSCHUUR uit omstreeks 1900 is opgetrokken in rode baksteen op een donker bakstenen trasraam en wordt gedekt door een wolfdak waarop oranje muldenpannen (niet-originele golfplaten voor- en noordzijde); twee houten makelaars; decoratief roodbakstenen fries. In de voorgevel (westzijde) twee dubbele opgeklampte houten schuurdeuren en vier liggende getoogde vensters met decoratieve ijzeren roedenverdeling. In de zuidgevel een opgeklampte houten deur.
Waardering
Bijschuur van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de redelijk hoge mate van gaafheid;
- vanwege de structuurbepalende ligging op het erf en in het boerderijenlint dat is aangewezen als beschermd dorpsgezicht vanwege de bijzondere architectonische en stedenbouwkundige kwaliteit;
- vanwege de herinneringswaarde aan de relatie met de Oldambtster boerderij uit 1865 die in 2018 door brand werd verwoest.

The AUXILIARY BARN from circa 1900 is constructed in red brick on a dark brick timber frame and is covered by a half-hipped roof with orange pantiles (non-original corrugated sheets on front and north sides); two wooden tie beams; decorative red brick frieze. In the front façade (west side) two double wooden barn doors with toggle fasteners and four horizontal arched windows with decorative iron glazing bars. In the south façade one wooden door with toggle fasteners.
Valuation
Auxiliary barn of general importance:
- on account of the reasonably high degree of integrity;
- on account of the structure-determining location on the farmstead and in the farmstead row which has been designated a protected village ensemble on account of its special architectural and urban-planning qualities;
- on account of its memorial value as evidence of the relationship with the Oldambtster farmhouse of 1865 which was destroyed by fire in 2018.
