De STOOKHUT uit 1932 is opgetrokken in een rode gesinterde baksteen op een trasraam van klinkers en wordt gedekt door een zadeldak waarop muldenpannen; gemetselde nokschoorsteen; strakke houten windveren.
In de topgevel aan de voorzijde (noordgevel) een opgeklampte houten deur onder rollaag. In zowel de oost- als westgevel een getoogd liggend tweeruits venster onder rollaag.

Stookhut van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de vrij hoge mate van gaafheid

The BOILER HOUSE from 1932 is constructed in red sintered brick on a bedding course of clinkers and is covered by a gabled roof with pantiles; rendered ridge chimney; straight wooden weatherboarding.
In the gable at the front (north facade) a clamped wooden door under a roll course. In both the east and west facades an arched horizontal two-light window under a roll course.
