Het KOETSHUIS met ingebouwde dienstwoning en stallen is gebouwd in 1875 in een Ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl met Neo-Classicistische elementen en bestaat uit een voorhuis met achterhuis. Het één verdieping hoge koetshuis op nagenoeg rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen aan de voorzijde op een naar voren springend gepleisterd trasraam, overige zijden trasraam van donkere baksteen. Het pand wordt gedekt door een samengestelde kap waarop donkere Friese golfpannen; voorgevel houten kroonlijst; goot op bakstenen klossen; twee houten pirons; muurankers.
De entree van het koetshuis bevindt zich in het middenrisaliet van de voorgevel (noordzijde) van het voorhuis en bestaat uit twee getoogde houten paneeldeuren waarin halfronde gietijzeren panelen. De entree wordt omlijst met gepleisterde pilasters met blokmotieven en Ionisch kapiteel en wordt bekroond met een kroonlijst en driehoekig fronton waarin een halfrond venster met decoratieve ijzeren roedenverdeling. Aan weerszijden van het risaliet een getoogd H-venster onder segmentboog met aan weerszijden een gepleisterde pilaster met blokmotieven en Ionisch kapiteel.
In de oostgevel van het voorhuis twee H-vensters onder strek.
In de naar voren springende oostgevel van het achterhuis een dichtgemetseld venster, een niet-originele opgeklampte houten deur, een getoogd tweeruits vensters onder rollaag waarboven een houten hooiluik en een niet-origineel tweedelig venster; aan de rechterzijde de entree tot de woning die bestaat uit een houten deur met bovenlicht onder rollaag.
In het linker geveldeel van de achtergevel (zuidzijde) van het achterhuis een niet-origineel H-venster en schuifpui. In het naar voren springende rechter geveldeel met niet-originele verdieping een getoogd liggend tweeruits venster onder rollaag en een niet-originele deur met zijlicht.
In de westgevel van het voorhuis twee liggende getoogde tweeruits vensters onder rollaag. In de westgevel van het achterhuis drie liggende getoogde tweeruits vensters onder rollaag.
Het INTERIEUR komt wegens verbouw niet voor bescherming van rijkswege in aanmerking.

Description
The CARRIAGE HOUSE with built-in service dwelling and stables was built in 1875 in a Craftsman-traditional style with Neo-Classical elements and consists of a front building with rear building. The single-storey carriage house on a nearly rectangular floor plan is constructed in reddish-brown brickwork on the front side on a protruding plastered stone sill, other sides stone sill of dark brickwork. The building is covered by a composite roof covered with dark Frisian tile; front facade wooden cornice; gutter on brick corbels; two wooden downspouts; wall anchors.
The entrance to the carriage house is located in the central projection of the front facade (north side) of the front building and consists of two arched wooden panelled doors with semi-circular cast-iron panels.
