Omschrijving BOERDERIJ GENAAMD BOUWZICHT (9).
In het zuidwestelijke deel van de aanleg van Gooilust gelegen boerderij Bouwzicht. De boerderij is in de late 19de eeuw gebouwd op de fundamenten van de 18de -eeuwse boerderij. Het erf is bereikbaar via een eigen laan vanaf het Zuidereinde. Het erf zelf is een nagenoeg vierkant grondgebied, door waterlopen omgeven met lanen langs de oost- en westzijde. De boerderij heeft een dwars voorhuis (T-huis type) van één bouwlaag met kap. De voorgevel is symmetrisch met een deur in het midden en vensters aan weerszijden. Voorhuis en stal zijn gepleisterd.

Description FARMHOUSE CALLED BOUWZICHT (9).
Farmhouse Bouwzicht situated in the southwestern part of the Gooilust estate. The farmhouse was built in the late 19th century on the foundations of the 18th-century farmhouse. The farmyard is accessible via its own lane from the Zuidereinde. The farmyard itself is an approximately square plot of land, surrounded by watercourses with lanes along the east and west sides. The farmhouse has a transverse front house (T-house type) of one storey with roof truss structure. The front facade is symmetrical with a door in the centre and windows on either side. Front house and stable are rendered.
