Omschrijving
HOOFDGEBOUW (Het Meenink). Geheel onderkelderd wit gepleisterd landhuis op rechthoekige grondslag, bestaande uit één bouwlaag en een zolder onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak met twee schoorstenen op de nokeinden. Het huis is aan drie zijden uitgebouwd. Aan de voorzijde met een centrale driezijdige erker; aan de achterzijde met een hoog oprijzende, risalerende middenpartij van twee traveëen breed, gedekt door een steekkap en aan de rechter zijgevel met een fors uitspringende, centrale ingangspartij, eveneens gedekt door een steekkap. In de voorgevel ter weerszijden van de erker twee meerruitsvensters, links voorzien van persiennes. De erker zelf is voorzien van drie paar openslaande deuren met tympaanachtige bekroning. In de rechter zijgevel centraal een meerruitsvenster in empirestijl, op het dak een dakkapel met twee gekoppelde meerruitsvensters en op souterrainniveau een deur. De achtergevel is zes traveëen breed, op souterrainniveau voorzien van meerruits- keldervensters, op de begane grond van schuifvensters in empirestijl; de middenpartij is op het niveau van de kap voorzien van twee gekoppelde meerruitsvensters. De ingang bevindt zich in de fors uitspringende middenpartij van de linker zijgevel; de hoge paneeldeur is opgenomen in een omlijsting met aan de bovenzijde afgeronde hoeken; ter weerzijden van de deur ondiepe nissen omlijst door een pilasterstelling met getoogde architraaf; boven de deur, ter hoogte van de kap, een meeruitsvenster. De haaks uitspringende wanden zijn voorzien van een klein venster. Ter weerszijden van de middenpartij is de gevel blind.
De oorspronkelijke indeling is grotendeels intact en bestaat uit een centrale gang in de lengte-as van het huis met aan weerszijden vertrekken, die allen op de gang uitkomen. De deuren naar deze vertrekken stammen vrijwel allemaal uit de bouwtijd. In de gang ligt een wit marmeren vloer uit de bouwtijd, waarvan de tegels ca. 50 bij 50 cm meten.

MAIN BUILDING (Het Meenink). Entirely cellared white-plastered country house on rectangular foundation, consisting of one storey and an attic under a hipped roof clad with suppressed Dutch tiles with two chimneys at the ridge ends. The house is extended on three sides. On the front with a central three-sided bay window; on the rear with a tall projecting, risaliting central section two bays wide, clad with a catslide roof and on the right side wall with a substantial projecting central entrance section, likewise clad with a catslide roof. In the front gable on either side of the bay window two multi-paned windows, the left one fitted with blinds. The bay window itself is fitted with three pairs of French doors with fanlight-like crowning. In the right side wall centrally a multi-paned window in Empire style, on the roof a roof dormer with two coupled multi-paned windows and at basement level a door. The rear gable is six bays wide, at basement level fitted with multi-paned basement windows, on the ground floor with sash windows in Empire style; the central section is at roof truss level fitted with two coupled multi-paned windows. The entrance is located in the substantially projecting central section of the left side wall; the tall panelled door is set in a surround with rounded corners at the top; on either side of the door shallow niches framed by a pilaster arrangement with arched architrave; above the door, at roof truss height, a multi-paned window. The projecting wing walls are fitted with a small window. On either side of the central section the gable is blank.
The original layout is largely intact and consists of a central corridor along the longitudinal axis of the house with rooms on either side, all opening onto the corridor. The doors to these rooms date almost entirely from the time of construction. The corridor has a white marble floor from the time of construction, with tiles measuring approximately 50 by 50 cm.
