Omschrijving
WOONHUIS, gebouwd omstreeks 1900, bij stelmakerij opgetrokken in een Eclectische bouwtrant in een rood-bruine baksteen. Het schilddak, gedekt met een zwarte geglazuurde tuile du Nord, heeft twee gemetselde schoorstenen op de nok, en een geprofileerde ijzeren goot, waaronder een fries met siermetselwerk in rood en wit. Een gepleisterde gevelband verbindt de bovendorpels van de vensters van het woonhuis.
In de voorgevel (zuid) vier T-vensters, en een (vernieuwde) deur met twee deurlichten en een bovenlicht. Voor deur een gemetselde stoep. In de oostgevel twee T-vensters en in de westgevel een T-venster en een zesruitsvenster. Alle vensters en het bovenlicht hebben een segmentboog met gepleisterde sluit- en aanzetstenen en een boogtrommel gevuld met metselmozaïek in rood en wit.
In de achtergevel (noord) zonder fries, twee tweeruits keldervensters.
Aan de achtergevel een aangebouwde SCHUUR met rechte eindgevel met topschoorsteen en strakke windveren, opgetrokken in een rood-bruine baksteen. Het aangekapte zadeldak is aan de oostzijde gedekt met een rode Hollandse pan en aan de westzijde met een zwarte platte Friese pan. In de westgevel twee kleine schuurvensters; in de achtergevel een staand tweeruitsvenster, een w.c. venster met diefijzer, een klein tweeruits venster en een klein (nieuw) schuurvenster. In de oostgevel openslaande deuren (niet origineel), een H-venster en een venster met tweeruits bovenlicht.
In het INTERIEUR is alleen van belang: de houten schouw met schelpmotief in de woonkamer.

DWELLING HOUSE, built around 1900, erected at a wheelwright's workshop in an Eclectic architectural style in red-brown brick. The hipped roof, covered with black glazed Tuile du Nord, has two brick chimneys on the ridge, and a profiled iron gutter, beneath which a frieze with ornamental brickwork in red and white. A plastered facade band connects the upper window sills of the dwelling house.
In the front facade (south) four T-windows, and a (renewed) door with two door lights and a fanlight. Before the door a brick step. In the east facade two T-windows and in the west facade a T-window and a six-pane window. All windows and the fanlight have a segmental arch with plastered springer and impost stones and an arch ring filled with brick mosaic in red and white.
In the rear facade (north) without frieze, two two-pane cellar windows.
Attached to the rear facade a SHED with straight end gable with apex chimney and taut wind braces, erected in red-brown brick. The attached saddle roof is covered on the east side with a red Dutch pan and on the west side with a black flat Frisian pan. In the west facade two small shed windows; in the rear facade a standing two-pane window, a w.c. window with theft bars, a small two-pane window and a small (new) shed window. In the east facade opening doors (not original), an H-window and a window with two-pane fanlight.
In the INTERIOR only the following is important: the wooden chimney breast with shell motif in the living room.
