Omschrijving
Het TUINHUIS uit omstreeks 1890 op vierkante plattegrond met afgeschuinde zijden heeft beschoten gevels en wordt gedekt door een ruim overstekend achtkantig zinken tentdak met uivormige bekroning van zink; noordzijde halfronde koekoek met halfrond achtruits venster; noordzijde decoratief opengewerkt houten fries; houten vloer.
Aan de voorzijde (noordgevel) niet-originele dubbele houten paneeldeuren in de hoeken ojiefvormig waarin glas met aan weerszijden een driedelig zijlicht. In beide afgeschuinde zijden twee smalle panelen met ajourwerk in de vorm van een ovaal waaronder cannelures.
In zowel de oost- als westgevel een venster waarin glas-in-lood.

The GARDEN HOUSE from around 1890 on a square floor plan with bevelled sides has boarded facades and is covered by a widely overhanging octagonal zinc tent roof with urn-shaped zinc finial; north side semicircular cuckoo window with semicircular rear light window; north side decoratively openwork wooden frieze; wooden floor.
On the front side (north facade) non-original double wooden panel doors in the corners ogee-shaped containing glass with on either side a three-part side light. In both bevelled sides two narrow panels with openwork in the form of an oval below which fluting.
In both the east and west facade a window containing leaded glass.
