Omschrijving complexonderdeel 2
De WAGENSCHUUR uit 1910, staat rechts achter de boerderij. Het is rechthoekig pand van één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde Oudhollandse pannen en met de nok haaks op de weg. De houten bakgoot wordt gedragen door gesneden klossen. De windveren aan de voorzijde zijn voorzien van een geschulpte rand en makelaar. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in baksteen in staand verband met een rollaag boven de venster- en deuropeningen. De dubbele en enkele deuren zijn opgeklampte deuren. De voorgevel (oostzijde) bevat twee getoogde gietijzeren roedenvensters op de begane grond en een roosvenster op de zolderverdieping. Er is een drietal ovale rozetankers aangebracht. De linkerzijgevel heeft van een links naar rechts een dubbele deur, een enkele deur, een rechthoekig gietijzeren roedenvenster en een enkele deur.

Het object is van cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als gaaf voorbeeld van een wagenschuur uit het begin van de twintigste eeuw. Tevens is de schuur van ensemblewaarde in ruimtelijke en functionele samenhang met de naastgelegen boerderij.

The WAGON SHED from 1910, stands to the right behind the farmhouse. It is a rectangular building of one storey under a gabled roof covered with flushed Dutch pan tiles with the ridge at right angles to the road. The wooden rain gutter is supported by carved brackets. The wind vanes at the front are provided with a carved edge and a maker's mark. The facades are constructed of brickwork in stretcher bond with a course of bricks above the window and door openings. The double and single doors are nailed-up doors. The front facade (east side) contains two arched cast-iron glazing-bar windows on the ground floor and a grille window on the attic storey. Three oval rosette wall anchors have been installed. The left side facade has from left to right a double door, a single door, a rectangular cast-iron glazing-bar window and a single door.
Valuation component 2
The object is of cultural and architectural historical value as a well-preserved example of a wagon shed from the early twentieth century. The shed is moreover of ensemble value in spatial and functional relationship with the adjoining farmhouse.
