Tuinhuis uit de bouwtijd van het huis, opgetrokken in baksteen en voorzien van bepleisterde afwerking. Classicistisch opgezet gebouw van één bouwlaag, voorzien van een centraal middenrisaliet met fronton. Inwendig gave structuur, vloeren en details zoals deuren enz. Het oorspronkelijke glazen dak is vervangen door een niet-historische afdekking met asfaltpapier.
