Inleiding
De CALVARIEBERG MET BEELDENGROEP is in 1887 geplaatst op het kerkhof, behorende tot de van rijkswege beschermde Sint Lambertuskerk. De groep is geplaatst als afsluiting van het hoofdpad van het kerkhof, tegenover de toren van de kerk.
Omschrijving
Op een met klimop begroeide kunstmatige heuvel staat de beeldengroep, bestaande uit de gekruisigde Christus, Johannes en Maria. De beelden zijn uitgevoerd in wit geschilderd terracotta. Het kruis bestaat uit beton en heeft klaverbladvormige uiteinden. De heuvel bevat een met baksteen ommetselde grot met een smeedijzeren hek voor de ingang. Aan weerskanten bevindt zich een wit beeld van een beschermengel. Achter de Calvarieberg staan enkele Italiaanse populieren.

The CALVARY HILL WITH SCULPTURAL GROUP was installed in 1887 on the churchyard belonging to the nationally protected Sint Lambertuskerk. The group was placed as a termination of the main path of the churchyard, opposite the tower of the church.
