Omschrijving onderdeel 3: ZUIDELIJK BOUWHUIS
Op rechthoekige plattegrond gebouwd bouwhuis, negentiende eeuw, een bouwlaag hoog en overkapt door een met Oudhollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. Het bouwhuis is in het recente verleden in zijn geheel als woonhuis in gebruik genomen. In de baander in de voorgevel bevindt zich thans een pui van glas. Verder in de voorgevel vijf vierkante negenruits vensters, een baander en een entree. In het dakschild zijn drie dakvensters geplaatst. Centraal op dakschild staat een dakkapel waarin een duifhuis is ondergebracht. Op de nok staan twee bakstenen schoorstenen. De staldeurtjes in de achtergevel zijn voorzien van een glazen invulling. Het bouwhuis staat samen met het noordelijk bouwhuis, de hooiberg en houtschuur rondom een erf. De beide bouwhuizen staan ten opzichte van elkaar in een scherpe hoek. Het voormalige bedrijfsgedeelte is grotendeels als woonhuis in gebruik genomen. In 1989 is het bouwhuis verbouwd waarbij met name het interieur wijzigingen heeft ondergaan.

BOUWHUIS is van algemeen cultuurhistorisch belang:

Description of component 3: SOUTHERN FARMHOUSE
Farmhouse built on a rectangular ground plan, nineteenth century, one storey high and covered by a hipped roof covered with Dutch style tiles. The farmhouse has in recent times been entirely converted for residential use. In the brickwork of the front facade there is currently a glass display window. Further in the front facade five square nine-pane windows, a stretcher course and an entrance. In the roof slope three roof windows are placed. Centrally on the roof slope stands a dormer window which houses a dovecote. On the ridge stand two brick chimneys. The stable doors in the rear facade are provided with a glazed filling. The farmhouse stands together with the northern farmhouse, the hay barn and wood shed around a courtyard. The two farmhouses stand at a sharp angle to each other. The former business section has been largely converted for residential use. In 1989 the farmhouse was renovated, with the interior in particular undergoing changes.
