VAKWERKSCHUUR, XVIII; direct ten westen van het kasteel aan de Epenerbaan; witgepleisterd vakwerkgebouw van één bouwlaag onder zadeldak met grijze pannen op rechthoekige plattegrond; thans in gebruik als woonhuis; derhalve zijn in de loop der tijd veranderingen in deur- en raamopeningen gemaakt.
