Omschrijving
HOEKTOREN behorende tot de buitenplaats Slot Zuylen. Als pendant van de poorttoren staat een bakstenen hoektoren uit de 17de eeuw. De op vierkante grondslag opgetrokken toren bestaat uit één bouwlaag beëindigd door een gevellijst met natuurstenen hoekblokken en onder een met leien gedekt schilddak bekroond door pinakels; gemetselde schoorsteen. In elk dakschild vliegopeningen in de vorm van een kleine dakkapel. Aan de voorzijde een getoogde dubbele houten deur. In de linkerzijgevel een deur met bovenlicht; in de rechterzijgevel een venster.

Description
CORNER TOWER belonging to the country estate Slot Zuylen. As a counterpart to the gate tower stands a brick corner tower from the 17th century. The tower erected on a square ground plan consists of one storey terminated by a facade moulding with natural stone corner blocks and beneath a hipped roof covered with slate tiles crowned by pinacles; brick chimney. In each roof panel flight openings in the form of a small roof dormer. On the front an arched double wooden door. In the left side facade a door with a fanlight; in the right side facade a window.

CORNER TOWER is of general importance:
