HEKKEN; er zijn 6 hekken, te weten: a. ijzeren afscheidingshek over vele tientallen meters langs de Roosendaalsebaan ter hoogte van het erf van de boerderij; gepunte ronde spijlen, om en om hoog en laag; tussen de lange spijlen aan bovenzijde ijzeren cirkels. b. toegangshek, XXb, naast de portierswoning aan het begin van de Langedreef; twee vierkante bakstenen pijlers, witgeverfd; eenvoudige ijzeren vleugels met spijlen. c. toegangshek, XIX, aan de Roosendaalsebaan aan het begin van de dwarslaan; vierkante gecementeerde bakstenen pijlers met natuurstenen dekplaat en bekroningen in de vorm van een gekruld acanthusblad (XVIII); in de pijlers hardstenen stenen met WALL en STEYN; eenvoudige ijzeren vleugels met spijlen waartussen aan bovenzijde cirkels. d. hek, XIXd, aan de Roosendaalsebaan aan het begin van de verbindingslaan; lage vierkante bakstenen pijlers met ondiepe nissen aan de voorzijde; bekroond door gecementeerde lage pyramides; ijzeren vleugels samengesteld uit delen van het onder a. genoemde afscheidingshek. e. toegangshek naar boomgaard, XXb, op de hoek van de Langedreef en de dwarslaan; vierkante, wit en zwart geverfde betonnen pijlers met gefacetteerde hoeken; eenvoudige ijzeren witgeverfde vleugels met ronde spijlen met punten. f. toegangshek, XIXc, tot het park aan de Roosendaalsebaan tegenover café de Buisberg; dunne ronde gietijzeren pijlers, zwartgeverfd, bekroond door gietijzeren witgeverfde pijnappels; vleugels met dunne ronde spijlen met witte gietijzeren speerpunten; zijwangen van hetzelfde type.
