Omschrijving onderdeel 3:
TUINPAVILJOEN met stichtingssteen 1847; klein witgepleisterd gebouwtje in laat-Empirestijl met één bouwstijl aan het begin van de toegangsweg, iets hoger liggend dan omringend park; oorspronkelijk op plattegrond van een Grieks kruis, aan achterzijde in derde kwart negentiende eeuw met aanbouw vergroot; vanaf die tijd als kleine woning in gebruik. Voorzijde met uitspringende zuilenporticus waarboven fronton met rond venster; in porticus dubbele deuren met halfrond getoogde empireramen, waarboven de stichtingssteen. Het dak bestaat uit elkaar kruisende zinken zadeldakken met flauwe helling, rondom geschulpte daklijst.

GARDEN PAVILION with foundation stone 1847; small whitewashed building in late Empire style with one storey at the beginning of the access road, situated slightly higher than the surrounding park; originally on the plan of a Greek cross, enlarged at the rear in the third quarter of the nineteenth century with an extension; from that time used as a small dwelling. Front with projecting columned portico above which a pediment with a round window; in the portico double doors with semicircular arched empire windows, above which the foundation stone. The roof consists of intersecting zinc gabled roofs with shallow pitch, with rounded drip moulding all around.
