Ter linkerzijde van de portierswoning aan de Parkweg bevindt zich dit monumentale TOEGANGSHEK (M) van de buitenplaats Rhederoord. Het betreft een dubbel smeedijzeren hek dat is opgehangen tussen twee van een hardstenen plint voorziene bakstenen kolommen die voorzien zijn van bekroningen met een gestileerde bollen. Op de linker kolom is in de hardstenen bekroning de tekst RHEDER aangebracht terwijl in de rechter kolom de tekst OORD is aangebracht. Aan weerszijden van de kolommen bevindt zich een laag gebogen ijzeren spijlenhek dat zowel links als als rechts van de oprijlaan eindigt in een geprofileerde bakstenen kolom met dekplaat en lantaarn.

Architectuurhistorische waarden:
- Het toegangshek een goed voorbeeld van een dergelijk in traditionele trant uitgevoerd vroeg twintigste eeuws hekwerk.

On the left-hand side of the lodge at the Parkweg there is this monumental ENTRANCE GATE (M) of the country estate Rhederoord. It consists of a double wrought-iron gate hung between two brick columns furnished with a hardstone plinth, which are provided with finials featuring stylised spheres. On the left column the text RHEDER has been placed in the hardstone finial while on the right column the text OORD has been placed. On either side of the columns there is a low curved iron railing gate which ends in a profiled brick column with a coping and lantern on both the left and right sides of the drive.
