Inleiding.
WOONHUIS uit ca. 1904. De voor- of oostgevel ligt op de perceelsgrens aan de Vrijthof. Het huis, dat bestaat uit een voor- en achterhuis, ligt aan de noord-en westkant vrij op het perceel. De zuidkant ligt tegen het naastgelegen huis.
Omschrijving.
Het huis heeft één bouwlaag liggend onder mansardedak tussen tuitgevels.
Het dak is gedeeltelijk gedekt met kruispannen en natuurstenen leien. De symmetrische voorgevel bestaat uit vijf traveeën voorzien van hoekpilasters en middenrisaliet met op de verdieping een gemetselde dakkapel en op de begane grond een klein portiek. Verder bevat de gevel een kroonlijst met fries, horizontale cementen banden, cementen aanzet- en sluitstenen en een hardstenen plint. De getoogde muuropeningen hebben profielstenen randen waarin T-vensters. In de boogtrommels boven de vensters en in de fries siermetselwerk. De dakkapel wordt aan weerszijden geflankeerd door zinken oeuil de boeufs. In de achtergevel van het voorhuis en de gevel van het achterhuis bevinden zich zesruits-schuifvensters. Het achterhuis heeft een lessenaarsdak. Het interieur van het huis is redelijk gaaf.
Waardering.
Het woonhuis is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorisch belang als bijzondere uitdrukking van de sociaal-economische ontwikkeling, namelijk de stichting van woningen in het bestaande dorpsbeeld, het is tevens van belang als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van het dorpswoonhuis. Het object is van architectuurhistorisch belang door de stijl en detaillering. In samenhang met de andere panden aan de beschermde Vrijthof bezit het huis ensemblewaarden. RESIDENTIAL HOUSE built circa 1904. The front or east gable lies on the plot boundary at the Vrijthof. The house, which consists of a front and rear house, lies free on the plot on the north and west sides. The south side lies against the adjoining house.

The house has one storey lying beneath a mansard roof between spout gables.
The roof is partly covered with pantiles and natural stone slates. The symmetrical front gable consists of five bays fitted with corner pilasters and a central risalit with a brick gable dormer on the storey and a small portico on the ground floor. Furthermore the gable contains a cornice with frieze, horizontal cement bands, cement bond and closing stones and a hardstone plinth. The arched wall openings have moulded stone edges with T-windows. In the arch rings above the windows and in the frieze decorative brickwork. The gable dormer is flanked on either side by zinc oeil de boeufs. In the rear gable of the front house and the gable of the rear house are six-light sash windows. The rear house has a catslide roof. The interior of the house is reasonably intact.
