Inleiding
Enkele WIP- of OPHAALBRUG (brugnummer 80) uit 1903 met een doorvaart, genoemd Entrepotdoksluis, naar een ontwerp van de afdeling Bruggen van de toenmalige dienst Publieke Werken in de gemeente Amsterdam. De brug ligt in de Hoogte Kadijk en heeft, in weerwil van het bouwjaar, een laat-19de-eeuws karakter.
Omschrijving
Landhoofden van baksteen en natuursteen. Val met eenvoudige stalen randliggers en een gedeeltelijk houten brugdek. Hameipoort en balans van geklonken staal met vakwerk. Stalen hefkabels. Bewegingswerk in kwadrantvorm. Ronde, smeedijzeren balustrade.
Waardering
Enkele ophaalbrug uit 1903 met een doorvaart van architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de esthetische kwaliteit van het ontwerp alsmede van belang voor het aanzien van de stad.

Introduction
A single BASCULE or OPENING BRIDGE (bridge number 80) from 1903 with one navigable span, named Entrepotdoksluis, designed by the Bridges department of the then Public Works service in the municipality of Amsterdam. The bridge is located in the Hoogte Kadijk and has, notwithstanding its construction date, a late 19th-century character.
Description
Abutments of brick and natural stone. Span with simple steel edge beams and a partially wooden bridge deck. Bascule counterweight and balance of riveted steel with lattice framework. Steel hoisting cables. Quadrant-form movement mechanism. Round, wrought iron balustrade.
Valuation
Single opening bridge from 1903 with one navigable span of architectural-historical value by reason of the aesthetic quality of the design as well as of importance for the appearance of the city.
