Inleiding
SCHUUR behorende bij het complex molen de Drie Lelies, gesitueerd op het molenerf tussen de molen en de bedrijfswoning. De schuur in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwtrant is ouder dan de huidige molenaarswoning en stamt uit circa 1800-1850.
Omschrijving
Kleine, in baksteen opgetrokken dubbele schuur bestaande uit twee ten opzichte van elkaar licht verspringende bouwvolumes op rechthoekig grondplan. Elk volume wordt gedekt door een zadeldak met Oudhollandse pannen. De tuigevels van het hoge oostelijke volume zijn voorzien van afdekplaten. Dit hoge volume heeft in de rechter kopgevel twee ijzeren negenruitskozijnen met een rondboogvormig bovenlicht waarin een waaierroedeverdeling. De vensters zijn voorzien van houten lekdorpels. In de top een rond raam. De zuidgevel van dit terugspringende volume heeft links hoge, getoogde inrijdeuren en rechts een rondboograam zoals voornoemd. In de voorgevel van het vooruitspringende lagere volume bevinden zich twee eenvoudige deuren onder bovenlichten. In het muurwerk staafankers.
Waardering
De schuur is van algemeen belang vanwege cultuurhistorische en architectuurhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het molenaarscomplex en als representatief voorbeeld van een in Ambachtelijke-Traditionele trant opgetrokken negentiende-eeuwse schuur. De schuur is gaaf in hoofdvorm en in onderdelen.

BARN belonging to the complex mill de Drie Lelies, situated on the mill farmyard between the mill and the business house. The barn in Craft-Traditional building style is older than the current miller's house and dates from circa 1800-1850.
Description
Small double barn built of brick consisting of two building volumes on a rectangular ground plan that are slightly offset relative to each other. Each volume is covered by a gabled roof with Dutch old tiles. The spout gables of the high eastern volume are furnished with coping plates. This high volume has in the right gable end two iron nine-pane window frames with a round-arch fanlight in which a fan glazing subdivision. The windows are furnished with wooden drip mouldings. At the top a round window. The south gable of this recessed volume has on the left high, arched cart doors and on the right a round-arch window as aforementioned. In the front facade of the projecting lower volume there are two simple doors under fanlights. In the brickwork rod wall anchors.
Valuation
The barn is of general importance on account of cultural-historical and architectural-historical value as a historical-functional component of the miller's complex and as a representative example of a nineteenth-century barn built in the Craft-Traditional style. The barn is intact in its main form and in its components.
