Inleiding
Omstreeks 1870 gebouwde LANGHUISBOERDERIJ. Op een bij de schuur aangetroffen sluitsteen komt het jaartal 1871 voor. De boerderij is samen met Langbroekerdijk B9 gebouwd in opdracht van de familie De Beaufort op het landgoed Donselaer.
Omschrijving
De boerderij bezit een rechthoekige plattegrond, is opgetrokken in baksteen en telt één bouwlaag onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt, afgewolfd zadeldak met de nok haaks op de weg.
De voorgevel is symmetrisch van opzet en boven een bepleisterde grijsgeschilderde plint ingedeeld met vier bakstenen pilasters waarvan de buitenste pilasters niet op de hoek zijn geplaatst. De pilasters dragen ter plaatse van de verdiepingsvloer een uitgemetselde rollaag. In de aldus ontstane spaarvelden bevinden zich in het midden twee gekoppelde achtruits schuifvensters en ter weerszijden elk een achtruits schuifvenster. De vensters worden boven beëindigd door een wenkbrauw. In de top bevinden zich twee gekoppelde zesruits vensters. De overstekende kap is voorzien van een fraai gezaagde windveer.
De linker zijgevel is voorzien van drie betonnen drielichts stalraampjes. Het voorhuis bezit een modern strokenvenster tussen twee kleine raampjes waarvan het rechter is voorzien van een luik. De achtergevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld. Ter weerszijden van de scharnierdende helften van de deeldeuren is een modern vierruits venster aangebracht. links en rechts bevindt zich een staldeur die evenals de deeldeuren en zolderluik erboven, door een korfboog worden afgesloten. Muurankers geven de verdiepingsvloer en de plaats van de hilde in de gevel aan. De rechter zijgevel bezit ter plaatse van het voorhuis links een dubbel kelderraam met luiken. Rechts komt een deur voor met aan weerszijden een stolpraam waarvan het linker met luiken. De gevel van het achterhuis is door identieke stalramen als in de linker zijgevel bezet.
De indeling van de boerderij is deels oorspronkelijk. De voorkamer bevat een tegeltableau met vogels.
Waardering
De boerderij is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuurhistorische waarde vanwege de detailleringen en de relatieve gaafheid van het object. Tevens is het object van situationelewaarde vanwege de ligging aan de Langbroekerdijk.

LONG-HOUSE FARMSTEAD built around 1870. On a keystone found at the barn the date 1871 appears. The farmstead was built together with Langbroekerdijk B9 on behalf of the De Beaufort family on the estate Donselaer.

The farmstead has a rectangular floor plan, is constructed of brick and comprises one storey under an arched gabled roof covered with Dutch tiles in the traditional manner with the ridge perpendicular to the road.
The front facade is symmetrical in layout and above a whitewashed grey-painted plinth is divided with four brick pilasters of which the outer pilasters are not placed on the corner. The pilasters carry at the location of the floor level a mortared roll course. In the thus created spandrel fields there are in the centre two coupled eight-light sash windows and on either side one eight-light sash window each. The windows are topped by an eyebrow moulding. At the top there are two coupled six-light windows. The overhanging roof is provided with a finely sawn wind-brace.
The left side gable is provided with three concrete three-light stable windows. The front part has a modern ribbon window between two small windows of which the right is provided with a shutter. The rear gable is symmetrically divided. On either side of the hinged halves of the divided doors a modern four-light window is placed. On the left and right there is a stable door which, like the divided doors and the hayloft door above, are closed by a basket-arch moulding. Wall anchors indicate the floor level and the location of the tie in the gable. The right side gable has at the location of the front part on the left a double cellar window with shutters. On the right a door is present with on either side a pivot window of which the left is with shutters. The gable of the back part is furnished with identical stable windows as in the left side gable.
The internal arrangement of the farmstead is partly original. The front room contains a tile tableau with birds.
Valuation
The farmstead is of general importance on account of its architectural-historical value due to the detailing and the relative completeness of the object. The object is furthermore of situational value on account of its location on the Langbroekerdijk.
